★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an odd issue with a satbox s8200 failing to stream on demand for two of the three available channels.
I was convinced the issue was with Freeview so I reported it to them but they bounced it to Dishtv.
Dishtv contacted me immediately without any prompting and proactively walked me through several checks. When all failed to resolve the issue and even though they suspected an anolomy with my networking and/or my internal setup (and again without any promoting or pushing from me), they volunteered to provide me with an other unit, to help isolate the issue. The new unit arrived promptly, including a return courier label to be used for the return. The swap out cured the problem and the faulty unit was promptly returned. Throughout the process, I found the support crew at Dishtv, to be professional, courteous and considerate. All in all, an excellent customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous service..bought replacement remote from them last year and was promptly posted out by courier and then bought another replacement one the other day as our professional movers have misplaced ours.. once again prompt efficient service and was able to pick up so had it immediately..very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a replacement remote last week, ours got lost in our move. When it arrived, it didn't come with any set up instructions and a google search turned up not to be helpful. Waited until Monday morning, called them and was put on hold for 90 minutes, then got disconnected. Tried back again and selected a different option, on hold for 3 hours, then disconnected. In the mean time, I send 3 emails and left several messages from my other phone line. No luck. Going to dispute the charge and get my money back. Might have to get a new provider. Nobody home at this company apparently.
