★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. If delivery is "off" your online order gets sent to Christchurch (only after payment), then when I rang the whangarei store and spoke to Demetrius to sort out the glitch, I was left on hold for 20minutes - I ended up just hanging up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few times now, I had to wait more then 30 minutes on my order..... Even ordering 2 hours ahead of time..... Sorry domino's one time it can be just unlucky, twice you need to see the issue... But this is the fifth time having huge waits..... Time to react to your customers and improve fast....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trouble with the online site I rang store. Told na can't help order.....by phone. Very professional! Finally got online order done AS I WANTED THE DEAL OFFERED. Order arrived 1 hour late....luke warm and cold chips with 1 side missing. Got a complimentary drink tho. Pizzas were dreadful. Skimpy fillings, vege pizza a joke. Pieces of meat slices missing on others. NEVER AGAIN. Has shop changed hands??? Because it used to be great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time we receive a coupon in our mailbox to enjoy a pizza upgrade with the extras on special we, make our way to Domino's. First for a gas fill up at BP next door and then a pizza binge for a road trip jettison to somewhere new, with a full sized Coca-Cola in hand, it works! A deal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza are nice, but customer service was horrible. waiting for a forgotten pizza for extra 20 more mins without apologize but blame the business while others who ordered after getting served. And the 2 of the team members without mask on are serving customer and cutting pizza.. Definitely wouldn't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheesy garlic pizza, stiffer than a brick and more burnt than bunnings sausages. Highly dissapointed as usually so good. Expect somthing good to start the weekend, looks like ill be spending tommorw getting my replacement pizza
