The amazing range of products, the staff really know their stuff very knowledgeable and I find the pricing is always very competitive. I no longer deal with the companies I previously did and only use Donovans. I would recommend Donovans to anyone.

Rang Donovan's, spoke to Scotty. Made my query, he said "give me 5 minutes". He range me back in 5 minutes. (this is not usual for businesses)
Ordered blades Monday. Donovan's got them in from the supplier by Wednesday. Received by Thursday.
At the best price advertised in NZ. Great stuff guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service. Staff went out of their way to help. We needed screws for inside bus ceiling lights. They got them but they needed a slight adjustment. They provided a tapping tool that solved the problem. Very much appreciated.
