★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful brand new hotel- the staff are enthusiastic and professional, the meals were exceptional. On arrival our we were handed warm cookies and our kids had activity packs handed to them. Loved having everything so clean and new. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very spacious, clean & modern design.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.. keen to help with a lovely smile on their face.
I loved the outdoor pool area with multiple outdoor fireplaces next to dinning areas outdoor.
Thanks to Kent at the conceirge desk who was very friendly & went out of his way to welcome us and show us around the facilities.
Great addition to the Hilton group in NZ and I look forward to staying there in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my stay, it was a real treat. It was located in the perfect place for my visit, which was related to the thoroughbred racing industry, and it was close to the Airport. The staff were so friendly, and the room was perfect - comfortable and great for catching up on work. I really enjoyed the racing details, including the Melbourne Cup in the restaurant. Love, love, love!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had lunch here this afternoon. The menu is right up my alley with great options of starters or entrees such as raw salmon, duck croquette, goat curd.
The fresh bread was great, some balsamic would have been lovely to go with the olive oil.
I really enjoyed the mushroom risotto- presentation was beautiful as was the flavor and textures.
Family enjoyed the steak and was cooked to melting perfection.
Thank you to our lovely waitress who helped our experience to be warming and pleasant. Sadly we didnt have room for dessert but will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t complain about anything! Our boss booked our rooms online, and once we walked through the doors we had a very easy check in, staff were friendly and even gave us warm cookies! The room was super clean and has everything you need, except cooking facilities however the restaurant and bar here is convenient. We will want to come again and hope we do for our next work trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was phenomenal. Check in process with Kylie was incredibly smooth. We were greeted with warm cookies. The room was spotless. Interior design was pleasing with wireless charging on both bedside tables. Breakfast service was enjoyable and all staffs were very professional. It was well worth it. An excellent experience for me and my partner, highly recommended.

Booked in by phone, easy to book. Reception was lovely, a warm cookie on checking in, beautiful. Caught the lift to the first floor. Walked downtown hall way to my room that over looked the Karaka Blood stock.
Room was very nice. Super comfortable king size bed, beautiful framed horse photos, small dining table for two with a day bed for reading by the window. A comfortable chair.
Good size bathroom with great shower including two type shower heads, waterfall above.
Nice and quiet very comfortable room, relaxing.
Swimming pool outside was very nice.
Will definately stay again.
Nice friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concierge was the best. A beautiful warm welcome, this guy was on point. Reception staff also very welcoming. The hotel was lovely because it was new. Kids loved the pool and the welcome cookie. The major disappointment was the restaurant being closed on Sundays and the hotel does not offer a kids menu via room service. The meals were extremely poor. We thought they gave us all kids meals as the portion sizes were child sized. Both our kids were hungry after eating off our plates yet ours were no bigger. The quality was appalling the steak in particular over $30 was a sad effort. Two beers, 1 cocktail and 1 fizzy set us back over $50!! Breakfast was also nothing to get excited over either. Nice rooms but nothing special, do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.
