β β β β β Had two Downer staff yesterday and another two today doing work on lowering a manhole cover on my property and repairing the surrounding grass and driveway after completing the work. They have exceeded my expectations and have been polite and friendly throughout - well done!

β β β β β Their eco track record in Southern Auckland is sub par, not good enough, for a company that reports sustainability it does in reality nothing other than make an eco mess and then try to look good on paper. No 24 hour help line for the public to get problems Downer have caused resolved, their staff simply do not care as it is not their job, not good enough for a company who gets so much public money/contracts.

β β β β β Had one tradesman just turn up with out knocking on the door to advise what he was doing. Just walked around the property. Turned the outside taps on. No communication. The previous 2 men from downer were respectful and had the decency to actually advise what they'd be doing. The man who showed up today just didn't care and did whatever as he pleased. Made me feel uncomfortable to be honest.
