★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very grateful for the excellent service from the two Downer techs who stayed at my house until my high speed internet connection was sorted. This included bringing the crane truck out from Porirua and assisting in moving our car so the truck could get access to the pole. Thank you Chris for your patience and the gentleman driving the crane/bucket truck for his as well. It is gentleman like these who find solutions, stay till the work is completed satisfactorily and do so with humour and grace. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great at Downer but really how does Chorus expect the developers to pick up the conduits on a coil system and lay their own cables !!??? What ever happened to taking accountability for the service you are providing. Developers are not service providers Chorus should be laying the cables for the telecommunication services they provide!! Why is the onus on the developer?
