I came to see Dr Kathleen after not feeling quite right for some time, even though tests done at my GP’s showed everything was ‘fine’. I felt so well cared for by Dr Kathleen and after 6 months of seeing her, not only did my women’s issues improved drastically but so did my gut health. No PMS or mood swings and feeling drained and lethargic each month. I gained a better understanding of my body and my hormones and feel so amazing. It was so great to finally see someone who understood and wanted to get to the bottom of my issues and help me understand why I was feeling the way I was. I had been experiencing womens health issues for approx. 10 years which reached a pivotal point towards the end of 2017. I had completely lost faith in my GP and General Medicine overall after years of going around in circles going nowhere, getting no answers – just being told that this is how it is for some people and being handed another prescription for medication that made me feel worse. When I met Dr Kathleen for the first time I was severely exhausted, anemic, seriously overweight and feeling hopeless and anxious about life all the time. At the end of my first consultation I felt like a totally different person. Dr Kathleen is the only medical practitioner that probed deeper into the things that were going on, not just with my health but also my wellbeing. She listened to what I had to say, took me seriously, asked lots of questions and explained what was going on in my body that was causing the issues I was experiencing. Everything she said made sense, I went away feeling excited and positive that with her help I could turn my situation around. I have now been following Dr Kathleens treatment plan for 4 months and the changes have been incredible, not just physically but also mentally. I feel like a totally different person, with an abundance of energy and vitality - I cant remember when I last felt this good. My transformation has been noticed by all of the people in my life from personal, social to work and I get a lot of comments on how amazing I look and how much I have changed. I have had a few minor issues along the way, Dr Kathleen has been really supportive and has encouraged me to visit my GP when required. I really cant speak highly enough of Dr Kathleen’s level of professionalism, knowledge and integrity. She shows compassion, understanding and gives you her undivided attention taking as much time as is needed to treat the whole person looking for solutions to problems rather than putting a band aid on it. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience has been with Dr Kathleen. Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for her patients and their many, diverse needs. When I was sharing my personal issues with Dr Kathleen, she really took the time, patience and care into my situation to provide me with the best outcome and solution to solve my issues. Dr Kathleen has honestly change my way of living my life! I went to her as my last resort to try and fix my constant chest infections (asthmatic) and turned out I had stage 3 Adrenal Fatigue Burnout. I am nearly finished my 12 month wellness program and am just fine tuning a few things at the moment but I have never felt better. Most importantly I have not had another chest infection since I have seen Dr Kathleen which is a miracle within itself. I am forever grateful. Thank you so much :)
