★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking experience with a retractable awning which has been removed due to shoddy workmanship and poor quality materials. The whole process took about six months of trying to get it to work and cost me a lot of money. Very unreliable service as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication is poor. The quality of the canvas was also quite poor. We had to stop half way through our canvas over our deck but ended up being bad. The cover did not cover our whole deck and the metal is cracking. We tried contacting Jeff this year for over 6 months and no reply. There is zero communication between the Engineer and boss - one guy says something and one guy says the other. I hope this is a lesson for Jeff, as my dad who isn't the most fluent in English tried to contact him many times over the 6 month period and not a single message from them (we started our project with them early this year and they still didn't set a plan to get the other half done). Unfortunately, I would say this project from our house is poor. I recommend that if you own a private property don't do what we did. I also HOPE that they did not 'ghost' my dad because he doesn't speak English that well. I hope this is a lesson to learn, as you can't work like this. Jeff was nice enough to come through and apologise, but this was such a disappointing experience for us.
