They are caring, extremely knowledgeable about Dunedin and always chirpy. Hope their bosses appreciate just what an asset they are. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man we spoke with didn’t seem interested in helping us. We tried asking about driving routes, he gave us a map and said it is self-explanatory and that we can drive to the i-Site in Invercargill if we want to know more specific information about locations. We left with none of our questions answered and feeling a bit frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great place with friendly and informative staff. Lots of great pamphlets and a great place to plan activities and learnt what to do in Dunedin! Also the I site was very central and so we could easily walk there while exploring Dunedin's central attractions. If you go there make sure to ask about the art trail they will give you a free pamphlet with a map that you follow to see the beautiful Street art around Central Dunedin. It's a fantastic way to see some of the beautiful architecture and also just get a sense of the town and your way around. We really enjoyed it!! This I site also has countless leaflets all of which are organised by the lovely staff so that you know what is there and where it is. We found everything that we needed and more! It really helps to make the most out of your time in Dunedin. Thanks so much Dunedin I site Visitor information centre for the great experience and information. I really recommend it to people visiting Dunedin!!! Have fun there and get all the information you can ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharon at the Dunedin iSITE was just amazing. She was super helpful and managed to get us three tours booked in a day with time in between to get to each place and a bite to eat. And they all were amazing - albatross, hoiho yellow eyed penguin and blue penguins. Plus she gave us tips on where to go and what to see over our whole trip - I think we made it to most places and were highly satisfied with all our adventures and experiences. I highly recommend a visit to the iSite to get all the information you need for a great Dunedin experience.
