★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got charged $44.50 after being seen by the doctor for only 5 minutes. My appointment was also at 4.45pm, got rung at 4.30pm and told the doctor was running late and would be there at 5pm, I was not seen until 5.15pm. Very bad service, will be changing practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has had a problem with one particular nurse giving him injections where no other nurse does them.
It leaves him unable to sit down and pain on walking for a couple of days.
We have tried to book in order not to get her but the twice we have, Had the same problem.
Other than this we are overall pleased with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this practice now for more than 20 years. My whole family goes there. They have fantastic friendly knowledgeable up-to-date doctors and nurses and their receptionists are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got charged $44.5 for a doctors appointment that they did wrong for student allowance (so I had no job or income as thats what they were helping me get as I was studying) had to go back so they could fix it and they charged me another $44.5. Both were around 5 minute phone call conversations. They also told me my IUD was expired, when it wasn't so I was freaking out for almost a year trying to get it removed and over eight months failed to book me a successful appointment, didn't tell me it would cost a lot of money and I should go somewhere else, sent me to call the hospital for it (hospital told me they also can't do it) so I had to go back to them again. Ended up going elsewhere and they lady told me that actually my rod had just expired around a week ago and not a year ago like I had thought. Definitely was a stressful start to the year trying to start studying.
