★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner have engaged Dux Financial Services to help us getting mortgage for land and construction of our first house. He has helped us to get mortgage to buy the land, but unfortunately was very unhelpful with getting the mortgage for the build. After several months of delay and lost hopes I've decided to go to bank on my own and to my surprise I didn't have any problems getting the mortgage we wanted, with the same deposit and terms. I found out that our application submitted by Dux Financial had many mistakes and that was the reason for previous rejections. Overall we have lost a lot of time and had many unnecessary worries about our financial situation because of that. Maybe if mortgage amount would have been higher Dux Financial team would pay more attention to our case.

Originally just a relationship property issue, Alan guided me through a maze of minor and major issues that finally ended with me being able to buy my house, settle debts, and feel good all the way. I felt safe and in good hands at all times. I say ended but that's not true because this is really the beginning of a long partnership where I have faith and trust in Alan's abilities to advise on my financial well-being. Thanks guys, really cannot rate you highly enough.

They went above and beyond for me and I was very grateful for their kindness and support in what was a very stressful time. Not only that, but when I was home again I received a call from them to check if everything was okay. I can’t recommend them highly enough - that sort of personal touch is what makes this business a truly great one. 5+++ stars guys, and thank you!

They talked us through the whole process and gave us all the relevant information we needed to feel confident and get looking. When we did purchase our first home Dux took the stress out of everything from making the initial offer to getting insurance! I’m not sure we could have done it without them and I can’t recommend them enough!!!
