★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy going to the gym here, staff always happy to assist if needed, the equipment is well laid out and in good shape. They have a good range of equipment for all workouts.
A tap available for refilling your water bottles and cubby holes for your belongings.
The free programmes every 6-8 weeks is fantastic especially when they are tailored to you and your needs specifically.
The website stays up to date with opening hours around public holidays so finding out information is easy.
They are wheelchair friendly in there, and hold group fitness sessions which are lesmil ones like pump and balance.
When no sessions are running, the group fitness room is available for gym goers to use.
