★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The archgola looks great, however there was an issue of it not fully keeping out the wet weather. This is probably due to just not being a straight forward rectangular roof to roof design. The cover could have been cut with an extension piece. Since August last year when it was installed I have asked for someone to come and check, offer advice and also put in a missing screw. Very disappointed that I have not heard after emailing with the same response , by phone as well. They will call when next in this area. Nearly 9 months now.
