★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed at all. Our parcel didn't arrive, I emailed ECC and was told they had a parcel on the 27th September, the parcel hadn't even got to Dunedin until the 28th September for delivery then was told the courier had delivered it to the location on the 30th September no sign of parcel so I emailed them back yesterday 5th October, was told they had talked to courier driver and it was delivered on the 30th September got no response to my email but had the courier ring me today 6th October saying it was in his van. Pretty suspicious if you ask me. but at least we got the parcel. hopefully we wont need to use ECC again.
