About East Tamaki Childcare Centre
Welcome to East Tamaki Childcare Centre. We have been in the community of East Tamaki for over 20 years and changed ownership in January 2020 when, it received a full logo change, got updated and had a massive makeover. It is our aim to provide your child with the best opportunities in education and care by providing a welcoming and friendly environment where young children and their families feel secure and that their contributions are valued and their culture is recognised.
We aim to help young children reach their full potential to enjoy a successful future in our community by exploring their environment and communicating with the people around them. As we are a small Centre licensed for up to 40 children, we are able to provide your child with all of these essential life skills and more. We value your input as parents/whanau and recognise that the Centre is an extension of the home, offering a broader range of learning experiences.
Parent/educator communication is an essential ingredient in meeting the needs of the individual child and we are committed to this on going partnership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate zero, I would. Imagine if that poor child was hit by a car. Shut it down, at least we can be sure that no more harm will come to any of the kids. My nephew attends and I shall be talking with his parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only say from my own experience. The staff have been really nice and made my bubs feel really special. They are making sure we (bubs and i) transition very well into daycare. For the fees they are charging I am very happy I chose them. Now all the hate they are getting specially from people that doesnt even interact with them...tsss
