★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去了两次，每次都有小惊喜八！肥肠面很香，汤底醇厚，肥肠软糯入口即化；菠菜云吞肉馅紧实，云吞皮晶莹剔透，也是入口即化；牛肚面给料实在，妥妥的一碗就能饱。除了面条比较一般，下水都做的很好，入味！
 Went there twice, every time there are eight small surprises! The fatty intestine noodles are very fragrant, the soup base is mellow, and the fatty intestines melt in your mouth; the spinach wonton meat filling is firm, the wonton skin is crystal clear, and it melts in your mouth; the beef tripe noodles are really fed, and a proper bowl can be full . Except for the noodles, the noodles are all well done and tasty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great noodles. But doesn't help the fact the service includes complimentary bowling over of a friend who was recovering from a knee surgery, simply from trying to be nice by bringing dirty dishes in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner has the worst temper I've ever seen. When he came out with my dish, he suddenly snapped at me. There is a sign says you cannot go inside, so I stayed where the eftpos machine is. He should have explained normally and specified where this fine line between outside and inside is. Apparently, customer service is not in his cooking book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's either you like it or you don't. You come here for good food. And the owner sets the rules--we follow. Like any great hole in the wall stall, the menu is limited. I always opt for the pork intestine. Perhaps the best noodles in Christchurch. Better that all the best ramen shops combined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place only sells 4 types of noodles. These are beef noodle soup, Dan Dan noodle soup, pork guts noodle soup, and preserved beans noodle soup. Most noodles come with a braised egg if not all. However, you can order any noodle soup with extra pork guts and a side. All noodles are $10, very affordable, huge portions, quick and easy, very tasty. It says to be open from 10 to 7, but it normally closes whenever noodles are sold out. We never made it after work. After a few attempts, we finally made it at lunch time.
