★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam!!! I called them to book a ticket. They gave me a fair quote and asked for my Passport copy. After I emailed them the copy I got an email saying "I am unable to book as seat is not available". Which is a f.... g lie as they were available on the airline's website. Then I called them 10 times and they didn't receive my call. Then I called from another number and the picked up and told a different story "China southern airlines server is down". Now they dont pickup my calls or reply to my email. Hey Satya! what will you do with my passport copy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a ticket few years ago and had a bad experience. The agent told me that the rates has been changed before the expiry date of the quote. I contacted the upper management but they did not resolve the issue. I paid 200 more than the normal price. Poor service.
