β β β β β FAULTY PRODUCT followed by empty assurances from their Territorial Manager.
Ecolibrium Biologicals Ltd supplied my business with several bottles of the hand sanitiser Vita for Life. In a short time the product changed in viscosity with the bottles pressurising, splitting and leaking.
The employee accepted my complaint and assured me that a refund had been issued.
Following several months of assurances and emails it would appear that my refund is as genuine as their product, both of which promised substance but lacked content.
Unfortunately I don't consider my purchase or your response worthy of the default one star required to post this review.
Not a good look Ecolibrium.
Addendum:
I have no reason to question the actions of the Territorial Manager, who to my knowledge did her job, the failure to stand by their product appeared to be further up the chain.
