★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter is very disappointed with Wild At Heart florist, Fielding. She ordered flowers on Tuesday morning to be sent to her daughter at boarding school for her 16th birthday. She received a receipt saying the order had been received and was being processed. The flowers never arrived. A phone call in the morning resulted in my daughter being told that they had run out of flowers and couldn't do them until Thursday or Friday. There was no 'sorry'. A simple phone call would have been nice! Sorry, Wild at Heart - not good business!
