★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication with this business is extremely poor. I contacted them over their email address through the website and using their email address and there was no response at all. I tried calling them during business hours and leaving a message with my number, no response yet again. Once I finally managed to reach through to them, both people I spoke to were utterly dismissive and rude about this. The two sentences spoken were ‘hello’ to ‘where do you live?’. Then the valuator not liking that I questioned them about their communication dismissed me immediately saying that they are very busy and wouldn’t have time to do the valuation all year!
