★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eftpos NZ are absolutely fabulous to deal with, always soo helpful, especially when you need to call after hours for help too. They go above and beyond to sort anything you need, my last support call was after hours, my support guy called me back 3 times to ensure it had all worked, this was due to me being in the country where there was no cell phone coverage and only one land line, so each time we needed to change something he would call me back to ensure it had worked. Very very grateful for all his help! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team are fantastic to deal with when you have a busy business. Love that the after hours support is someone who will actually solve your problem instead of getting an answering agent who tells you that they do not have the ability and that someone will get back to you the next day. Majority of the time an owner catches up after hours ... The few dealings I have had, always been concise without fuss and without prejudice ie not thinking you are technically inept, which I can be some days. Well done team.

Nara from Eftpos NZ was very helpful and knowledgeable and knew what we needed. Very grateful and appreciative of the help we received from Nara and the team, Dean who came to the shop to install the Eftpos was great and very efficient. thank you Nara for making our experience less stressful:)

Greg went over & beyond to ensure our needs were met, that we knew exactly how to use our new eftpos machine, & who to call if we needed further assistance. He gave us valuable advice & spent as much time as was needed to try out the machine in the different rooms here at Huntington Stables Retreat. At all times he was professional, warm, friendly, had a wonderful sense of humour, answered all our questions, & was proactive in assessing our future needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH GREG x.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed with this company , bought the product online after I paid, I expected the good to be delivered .
Bought on 16 June 2021 waited and waited then rang and talked to the company three times ,they said I haven't had an account with them to be charged
but the good was already paid on the 16 June 2021 on the same date as I ordered.
Talked to them again today, asked if he going to refund me the money or sent me the good , at this point I'm still waiting .
I would not order again online with this company .
