From the start is was all about me and what I am looking for, what role will suits me best and what role I am looking for. They are not seeking to fill open positions, they provide you with the available opportunities that you are looking for exactly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing roles with Eighty4 has been a no stress pathway for me. Recommend these guys in particular Ben Lapworth and his team. They managed to stitch together a perfect role that wouldn't have been advertised otherwise, this is due to there connections, networking, recognition of the market, and communication skills.
Recruiters can be a bit hit and miss these guys are clued up and highly recommend them. They are patient and don't push you into any old role.

All question are straight up and no tricky ones. They recommend a surveying role that fits to my liking and personality. I feel very calm and the conversation was enjoyable.
