After several calls and emails, I was notified by email that the work is on hold as I need to pay for it first. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

David was great to deal with, came and did a site visit and quote in a prompt manner after I spent weeks going in circles with other companies. All my questions were answered really quickly. The team that came out were organised and professional, and worked really well with the digger driver I organised. Rapt!

Crawling back into Ranfurly from 10 km out toward Naseby with a flat and shredded back rear tyre, hazard lights flashing. Arun from Electrix pulled up behind in his Electrix 4wd truck and jacked my car up and put on the spacesaver wheel in less than 10 minutes, then quietly drove off into the sunset! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Thanks so much Arun. Off back to Invercargill tomorrow at 80kph!
