β β β β β Initially this was a good company. Now you call, make an appointment and not only do they not show up they don't bother to call. I have no sympathy for companies that think nothing of wasting clients time. Having to take precious time off for a no show is very bad form. AVOID!!!

β β β β β Not happy with the service. I rang some weeks ago to get my alarm serviced and spoke to someone who said that they would be there the next day. No one appeared. I then rang again and a technician came out and replaced the battery sensors and billed me for a service which I promptly paid. When I went to set the alarm nothing happened,it was dead. I have rung the same technician back and left messages to say that the alarm is not going, he just does not return calls or txt messages. I am very unhappy with the service. I might as well get an electrician in to look at it for me as these guys are useless.I have had an Electro Guard Alarm for some time now and will not be using them again.
