★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional experience. I have never written a bad review in my life but this experience was so horrible I felt I needed to act. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day but I could write an essay about the things that happened during this appointment. The main two things were she was not wearing a mask and when asked about this she said I decide not to wear one. I offered my vaccination passport and they said don’t worry we don’t bother about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience here. I won’t be returning. Very unprofessional. They changed my appointment time 4 or 5 times. I turned up at the time they had told me on the last phone call (and followed up by text confirmation). I walked in and she was incredibly rude to me saying I had turned up at the wrong time - even though it’s the time they changed me to less than half an hour prior. They insisted I was wrong and nobody has changed the time until I showed them the numerous appointment confirmation texts and my call history. No apology to me and blamed the ‘ bad help’.
