★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service in Christchurch, never answer the phone and don't call you back when you leave a message. I changed to Rock Gas today as Elgas have put their price up to $129.95 per 45kg bottle ($18.00 price increase), Rock Gas $104.50 per 45kg bottle. No brainer really, $25.45 per bottle cheaper and there is no way they could possibly provide worse service. Even the local manager is rude and abrupt (Rogerson?) no idea how they still have any customers left. 11 years of being a loyal customer ended today.
