I first heard of Ortho-Bionomy when I was completing a Diploma of Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine at the Lotus Holistic Centre in Hastings. An Ortho-Bionomy lecture and foundations course was held in one of the function rooms. Being particularly interested in anatomy and physiology I was drawn to attend. This body-work well suited me, I started the Practitioner training. Sharing the techniques we were learning confirmed my journey as the response from people I was showing was comfort, ease and relief. I opened Elicit Health with Ortho-Bionomy clinic rooms for all ages, in both Taradale and Hastings. Here I continue to enjoy showing people the gentle effective techniques, bringing the body back into balance, for health and vitality.
