The delivery service not only arrived earlier than expected, but they offered tips on best way to assemble our items seeing we opted to do it ourselves

Probably the fastest transaction of my life, I was in and out of the store in 2 minutes. The employee was also very nice and respected me even though I don't really look like someone that gyms often. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service experienced today. Neil at the Wairau store phoned me shortly after I made an online order. He told me that the couriers were at least 10 days behind in orders (lockdown) and that he'd deliver it on Monday himself. Less than 2 hours later (and about 3 hours after placing my online order) Neil had turned up at our front door with the package. I couldn't be happier or more grateful as it means I can start my injury rehab at home straight away. Thanks Elite Fitness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to look at foam rollers, one I currently have is too firm. Only 1 other member of the public looking at bikes and 1 sales staff behind the counter on his phone. I told him I was looking for a softer roller than the one I took with me as a comparison, he told me to check their stock at the back of the shop, then continued on his phone for the remainder of the time I was browsing. The rollers were not labelled soft, med or firm density, hard to work out the difference, if any, between them. Very poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Schwin 430 eliptical from Wairau branch, after looking around online and at other competitor products. Very good product, team explained in-store all about it, good value. My kids (or dog? - no one has come forward) accidentally jumped over the electric cable and broke it (pay attention to that!) and I went back to the store, they replaced it - no questions asked. Excellent service
