★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great service. I was late enrolement and rushed to shop the Friday afternoon before start of Term week. I knew I wasn't going to be able to go in the weekend and look. The Closed sign was on the door ...I went in anyway and asked if I could quickly pick out my boys uniform. They not only let me in, but helped me pick everything without rushing me and making sure everything fit my son well.They were fab...5 stars from me ?

Staff don't communicate well with each other or relay messages, and part time staff are misinformed/don't follow processes which leads to delays (despite regular Covid-19 issues). Issues eventually resolved swiftly but only after a phone call to the owner.
Also had to wait a long time (over 5min) for sevice at the store as no one was out the front... counter bell was ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Had to get a uniform special fitted and it was quick and professional. Only issue was lack of parking however it is the week before school starts so I understand it's not like that all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website is dated and lacking in up front stock. Tried to phone order and was told it was not usual to hold stock for next day pick up. Not an unusual request considering the website is not user friendly. I guess you don't need to accommodate customers when you are the ONLY retailer selling the uniform we require. Such a shame that a NZ company won't put they're NZ customers first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will be great for this shop to allow &use Afterpay, Zip, Laybuy etc like lots of other shops do, but not the olden days Laybuy process.
Looks awful for expensive uniforms but still hanging on olden days partial payment process is not helping some other struggling parents.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son starts high school next year requiring number ones… we didn’t realise the store was closing at lunchtime on the 23rd and arrived just as they’d closed, however, they saw us standing outside looking confused and invited us in to be served, even delaying going to their staff Christmas lunch to help us. They were so helpful, knew their product and sizing, and were lovely to boot. It made what could have been a nerve wracking visit for a young fella fun and quick. Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here as my daughter's uniform is provided here. The staff that I dealt with on the day are very very helpful. Also online as I had been sending emails prior to sort quotes and all needed, thank you Catherine. So welcoming and engaging. The store has one young staff lady (sorry forgot your name) helping on the floor for anyone looking for specific school uniform or so and Leanne who specifically helps the parents and students at the fitting rooms ensuring the fit is good and giving advice about the uniform fits etc. Very attentive to who walks in the store, it was very busy actually that day. And ensuring they attend to everyone. Looking at the other reviews before I went in store, I am grateful I didn't experience anything worth a 1 star so thank you ladies for thr the awesome first time experience. I am assuming improvements have been made and service is looking better from my experience. ?
