β β β β β If you appreciate clear communication and timely delivery, do not use Ellison's aluminium. Our door took more than double the estimated finish time and the team were unapologetic and extremely difficult to communicate with. We are reasonable people and understand delays are a part of life, but we were constantly chasing them for updates week after week and could never get a straight answer, which was immensely frustrating.
Would never use again and would not recommend!
