Emily is a confident yet relaxed teacher. She delivers her classes wonderfully.
These classes are always challenging but you know that Emily is watching us and monitoring how we are finding each move.
Emily has a very gentle way of helping or correcting if difficulty arises!
I strongly recommend Em K Yoga classes to anyone of any age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going along to Em’s classes for almost 2 years now and have recently joined up to Em K Yoga Online. Compared to other classes and teachers I find Em’s knowledge, and guidance is just amazing.
I noticed a difference in my posture and improvement in my strength and mobility pretty quickly, but also how mindful I am now and aware of my body.
Her knowledge, guidance and kindness is like no other, if you are unsure about anything or have any questions she is always open and willing to help.
