Teresa is an EXCEPTIONAL Massage Therapist, I've struggled to find a massage therapist of this high calibre & I'm very pleased my search is over. I look forward to regular massages in the future, Thank you ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience today at Embody. I booked in with Hannah for a 60 minute sports massage before my powerlifting competition on Saturday. The massage was great. My shoulders feel much better. I felt very comfortable with Hannah. I will be returning next week for another massage. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a massage with Hannah yesterday. I went in not really knowing what I was after. She was very good at listening and working out a plan for the session. She took into account my daily activities and was able to release tension from places I didn’t know I carried it. Was one of the best massages I have had in NZ. Already looking forward to my next booking. 10/10 Thanks
