She committed weekly in a time when I required a dependable face and offered a friendly space for authenticity. I am forever grateful for Anessha's input in my career. Her coaching has opened doors I never thought possible. It's taken a while to write this post, months, as I wanted to write something special to reflect the power of her reach but words can't explain how much of a treasure she is to Nelson. If all recruitment agencies were to follow Anessha's lead, the world would be a better place. I felt comfortable to be fully me at every meeting. The meetings were suited to my schedule and I never felt pressured to do more than I could cope with, even given the option of phone calls if unwell. Anessha has been a committed face and felt like a trusted friend, aunty and sister. Her guidance was suited to my needs. Thank you Employable and Anessha for your help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a job. I am convinced it is half due to my own effort and half to the folks at EmployAble. I have worked with most of the staff at different times and everyone is nice, helpful and persistent. They are not impatient and they don't give up on you. If I hadn't kept going back there consistently, I would have lost hope and motivation. They can help with interview practice, making CVs, cold calling, and have clothes for interviews too. They can come with you to interviews or drive you there and wait outside if you prefer. They helped me to talk through any issues I had with shyness, feeling inadequate or feeling stupid. I had some tough times to deal with but they didn't give up on me. And they helped me to remember not to give up on myself. It took a long time. I wanted to find a job I could stay at, that was right for me. They didn't try to force me to look for a job that wasn't the right one for me. They did help me to broaden my search a bit which meant that I realised I could apply for the Admin job I have now. If I hadn't stayed with EmployAble, I would not have had the guts to apply for my current job. Or I would have thought 'That's not me.' It took a couple of years of effort (like I said, it had to be the right kind of job for me, also I can't drive which makes it harder) but it paid off. I finally got a job. And even after you get work, they still keep in touch and help you if you need it.

After l got a job, it was very helpful to have Kelly's services as a consultant. He shared his insights and during some difficult times with my new job, Kelly was very supportive and understandable and gave me helpful advice.
I would recommend Kelly as your consultant. Employable is not a temp agency. It is an agency that cares about you, the job searcher and after placement you the employee.
