We spoke for less than 5 minutes. I tried to ask about, if my company should be paying me through a redundancy notice during the Lvl 4 Lock down.
Said she didn't understand the question and said - "Sorry i don't have time for you i have got a more important call (hangs up)"
I Literally have never been talked to in such a uncaring, arrogant, awful way.
Please do better for the sake of people that are not good with employment Law and need serious help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I avail their services for a dispute with my former organization . One of the worst decision of my life. Robert Morgan met my boss before the meeting not advising me about it. He had a deal done before the meeting. During the meeting he was more supportive of the organization. He actually used the scared tactic situation to entice me to accept the option which benefited him. When I said I need time to cross check with a lawyer. He jumped in and said if you don’t take this option company will fire you. Not recommended ever
