★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a bunch of bloody pests.
I requested a quote from them years and years ago, decided not to go through with it and I have received god knows how many sales calls since despite clearly telling them every time I wasn't interested in anything they have to offer.
I'm not a fan of public reviews as I prefer to give my feedback directly to the company but after doing so numerous times over the past year this really is the last resort.
I should be clear that this is no reflection on the people who call - they're lovely, and I'm sure the services they do offer are great, but their outbound sales strategy is bordering on harassment.
Sort it out guys - simply not good enough.
I'll be more than happy to delete this review if you can show me you've made a change.

That is until you sell your business and no longer need to use them. I sold my business last September 2021 and have tried closing my account with them so so many times, called them, emailed them, they always promised someone would get it sorted and I'm still waiting and wasting my time trying to do this. I am still being billed monthly, which is shocking. I feel this is a very, very simple task so cannot understand it.
Terrible service. Would never go back to them or recommend them to anyone.

We engaged with Employsure around 3-4 months ago, in search for more understanding and help on HR and employment issues and concerns around our staff and certain instances that were happening often within our business. From the initial consultation meeting, all the way through to implementing their recommended polices and procedures into our company it has been an seamless process, and very grateful for all their help. We have found they were beyond helpful with anything we encounter and need to question in regards to employment regulations questions.
In regards to the staff at Employsure, each time we have dealt with customer support people it has been an easy process, who have all been very knowledgeable on all topics and instances we have thrown at them. Today I spoke with a Employment Relations Advisor named Jess, who was very knowledgeable and an absolute delight to deal with, clearly very passionate with her job which makes it easier to get the best outcome, thanks again for your help Jess.
Thanks a lot Employsure team, we look forward to working with you for years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person on the phone is great, so friendly and knowledgeable. But last year they were a no-show to the meeting we set up, no explaination, no available contact details for me to find out what happened, just radio silence. Then this year we set another meeting up and they were a no-show again! (which they told me a week later was due to a technical glitch). I had an appointment set up today and they guy just called because he can't come due to a family emergency. I wish the ones who come to meet you were as good as the poor guy on the phone who sets up the meetings. Looks like this company could have something great to offer, but I just can't trust them on delivery after three failed meetings. I hope management sees this and can sort out processes to fix this issue. I have wasted several hours of my life on them now and have nothing to show for it. :-(
