My hot water cylinder was playing up and he was here in 5 mins from the phone call as I had no idea what to do while he attempted to help me over the phone. He was highly professional and educated me about plastic migration which he made sure didn’t ruin my carpet. Definitely recommend these guys, best sparkies in Tauranga!
