★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the case manager Blessed was unapproachable. She would not allow me to speak at the first interview. She had no knowledge of my accident, had no idea what i needed .
I was just out of hospital after serious accident. Most of the girls were fantastic.
I was sad to shift providers. When you cant communicate with your case manager, i had contacted Enliven, but nothing was done.
One sad client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are just an older couple who keep an eye on our elderly neighbour.
Enliven call us saying we are 'next of kin'. We have told them 3 times now over the last year that we are no relation at all. Last call they tried to bully us into giving permission for a Covid test.
Our neighbour seems perfectly able to make her own decision, but that is definitely not for us to determine.
Why havn't you corrected your files after our repeated requests?
