I moan every time I take them there especially about the cost of their technicians BUT the faults are always fixed properly and I must admit that their service again is top notch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trevor Braybrook took more than 6 months to sort a non-functioning keyless entry for the car I purchased. When it finally got sorted he arrogantly acted like he was doing me a favour! People make mistakes and a sorry would go a long way but not one word of apology. Your service has been utterly shocking.

Nothing is ever too hard or too much of a hassle - plus your always guaranteed a good laugh which is always a bonus. Mike is the type of car dealer you want for your customers, family and friends because you know ...they will be looked after, and..genuinely !
This industry definitely requires a great level of patience and making sure everything is explained and walked through so your comfortable but more importantly...you know about what you just signed and all the paperwork actually says! = drive away feeling good about your new ride
