★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible bin company. Cancelled my bin (after months of trying to get in contact) due to them not picking it up weekly even though I was puttibg it out in time. Finally got in touch with someone and they supposedly cancelled my bin and arranged for someone to pick it up .. months on from this I'm still getting charged and still the bin waits to be picked up.
Have rung left messages and no one has gotten back to me. Would not recommend using this company unless you wanna be stuck in a relationship you can't leave
