★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no start I would, countless times I have emailed this company to contact me to stop payments, I’ve called and they’ve said I needed to email them so I have emailed about 5 times and they’re still taking money out of my account. I have never signed any direct debit forms/contracts that allowed them to take money from my account. They are non responsive and unprofessional, I need contact!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to make 16 payments and then receive my phone in October 2021. I have rang timeless amounts of time to be given the excuse that they are closed due to covid. They have also continued on taking payments for my no show phone and a balance of $200 for the food side, which has been paid overtime. Now I get the we are closed from 21.12 to 26.01.2022, even today. The bank can't stop the Direct Debits, and these clowns are still getting my money which I have emailed that I want my overpayments refunded. Nothing....nadda....they've made no effort in contacting me.
