This store expects you to drop a order on a multi order (hence loose money from your delivery, making the interaction no longer worthwhile) because they can't manage themselves by having the orders ready on time to be taken seamlessly to the respective customers.
Not that the restaurant can change the order dispatch timing in the settings. Theres a FYI article available called "How can I adjust my Average Prep Time?" For anyone who cares.
Personally I love the pizzas this store makes. But from a practical standpoint if I'm treated poorly as a delivery driver (my side hustle) there's absolutely no point to spend a cent here.
Edit: Rules of engagement is clear and straightforward. Wouldn't happen at a efficient Japanese restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s very few places where I feel compelled to review, but this place makes possibly the most mouth watering pizzas I’ve ever had. Simply put there is no pizza in Auckland like an Epolitos’s and craft is what you’re buying. Thanks to you guys for creating such a beautiful food offering.

I was lucky enough to stop in and see slices for sale,$5 a slice, got it reheated in oven
Could not wait to bite in to the perfect looking pizza, and.... the taste explosion crunch of the base, not overly sweet tomatoes, delicious cheese, not salty
I am lost for words, I have been craving New your style pizza for years. Now I have found it.
Must eat if you need your cravings satisfied.⁰,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite pizzas from my favorite Pizzaria in the world (of Grey Lynn) Our first table full of Epolito's since Lockdown. I like other pizza too. But Epolito's is my favorite and the one I'd choose if I was allowed only one pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t resist getting the 18-inch despite the fact that there were only two of us ordering… YUM YUM YUM! ?✨ Deliciously crispy base with a lovely savoury flavour, a couple of charred patches with gorgeous crunch, and of course that cheesy perfection. Highly recommend for those craving a NY pizza fix!
