★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's over two years since I got a combination of bridge & crowns placed over my front teeth by dentist Riaan Kriek. And I am still very happy with this piece of art.
As a child I had lost one tooth, and over many decades I have had multiply crowns and bridges. They all failed quickly. Over time my gum had shrunken and disappeared as well. Drama.
In 2020 Riaan constructed my new bridge/crown with the CEREC machine (google it!). The whole treatment is done in one session of under 2 hours. My existing teeth were reshaped so they could form the pillars for the bridge. Then 3-D photos were made, and the bride was 'modelled' - all visible on a screen. Then a piece of ceramic material went into the CEREC machine, that shaped it into my bridge/crown. It fitted like a glove, and was then 'glued' so it sits solidly in place. It has a bit of pink ceramic at the top that perfectly replaces my lost gum. I can recommend Riaan Kriek at ER dental and this way of making crowns and bridges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my tooth crown done at the Pyes Pa Dentists couple weeks ago, Dr. Imran and his assistance were friendly, caring and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable, and they took great care and pride to ensure I was well taken care of before and after my visit. Dr. Imran is professional, he took the time to explain the process to me. The massage chair was a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For someone who is fearful on dentists, I was immediately put at ease by the warm, friendly and relaxed welcome I received from Karen on the reception desk.
My initial consultation with Andre was also very friendly and relaxed. After his assessment, he explained everything clearly and comprehensively.
I came away feeling fully informed and with a renewed faith that I will be in very safe hands when I go back for further treatment.
Karen also made me a takeaway coffee on my way out which was so lovely.
I would recommend Pyes Pa Dentist to anyone, especially if you are frightened of dentists bacause they will almost certainly put you at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a frequent client over the last few years and have found the service levels and staff alike very polite and professional. I have also (on the whole) had satisfactory results. Only critical feedback I have would be is that on each of my last three sessions (which were quite lengthy) my dentists and/or dental assistant have had to go looking for equipment they either should have had or were unaware where something needed was.
I would suggest better inventory control and management so people like myself don't have to be in the chair longer then necessary or acquire a sense of an unorganized operation.
