β β β β β Just bought a Chocolate Caramel slice as a βtreatβ & boy what a mistake! I donβt know what youβve done to your recipe but this is disgusting! It tastes like it has been left in a cupboard for a couple of weeks if not longer. You have the cheek to sell this to the public when we expect βyouβ to ensure your products are of high quality, as stated on the back of your packets, Iβd say your absolutely & completely aware of this judging by the reviews. I will be letting βanyoneβ I know not to bother.......utterly disappointed!! βΉοΈβΉοΈβΉοΈ

β β β β β We always love the salted caramel and pecan slice. But over the years, it seems like the crust is getting thicker and thicker, and the actual caramel is getting thinner and thinner.

They are disgusting. Dry as an old bone and tasteless. They have cut out some of their ingredients obviously like the FRUIT and the FLAVOR!! Leaving it like a week old scone.
I use to loom forward to these every year but now Iβd rather eat straw. ?

β β β β β Seriously, what has happen to your Raspberry Slice? there is no consistency anymore in the Icing. Before the recipe was "improved" it was the same (in a good way) every time.

β β β β β We have bought your Christmas pudding for many years and feel we know that product well. This year our Christmas pudding was more like a light cake. Very disappointing. You have clearly changed the recipe and we have now bought our last product from you. One can only assume that the change was made to reduce cost. You have underestimated the consumerβs ability to detect quality.
