β β β β β My wife, Rosemary and I, have been working with Laura for a year. Right from the start, we have found her to be professional in all that she does. She is very empathetic, caring, supportive, encouraging and listens to everything you say. She has a raft of questionnaires and assessment tools to gain quite accurate information. She is very thorough in gaining detailed information about all aspects of health eg. gut, hormones, major organs etc. and then able to make suggestions regarding food and supplements to support good health. For example, my wife has had breathing difficulties for a number of years and just by suggesting that she cuts out dairy, she has seen a huge improvement in this area. We have both seen good improvement in our gut health by making some changes to our diet, drinking lots of water and taking specific supplements that supports our gut health.

β β β β β I highly recommend Laura. She is kind, down to earth and knows her stuff. Hubby and I felt our health was a little off balance and after a consult with Laura and on the right track to dealing with our gut issues, I am happy to report after 3 months I have more energy, no brain fog and no menopause symptoms. Hubby's gut issues are coming along nicely too with regular bowel motions (which he hates talking about :D)

Three months ago Laura was recommended to me. She takes all the guess work out of addressing health issues. She is a qualified professional in her field who listens with empathy and has the genuine, sincere aim of working with you, to move towards a healthy you. This is not a quick fix, but already, after just 3 months, I am seeing great progress towards being the healthiest I can be.
