β β β β β Bought a damage packet of their chips. When we got home and opened it, it was stale and horrible. I send them feedback and no response from the whatsoever. Feels like the little man does not matter to them.

β β β β β Enjoy the snacks, but customer service is sub-standard. Had a problem with a product, had to chase up numerous times for a response, and was eventually sent a voucher to the exact amount that I had problems with (ie: $7 for two packets that were faulty). Was made to feel my feedback was invaluable as I couldn't show the batch number (I'd thrown out the large bag from a multi-pack by the time I'd discovered the probs with individual packets), and the voucher didn't work unless I redeemed/spent MORE (at least the same) as the product value (the replacement cost being a few cents under $7). Not good enough ETA.

β β β β β To previous post, don't think they care about anyone, they're too big to fail.
Last time my father complaint was many years ago, they doubled the value. He thought about how factories worked and kept the pack as evidence.
As kids we were amazed, so we called in to complain once in a while when it was too soft or too salty or too light on flavor or too oily , then we could have 3 bags of chips to eat when parent bought us 1 bag lol.
