★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a BMW make sure to service it here! these guys are excellent, they are very knowledgeable about BMWs! They gave me good advice on future repairs and servicing. During my service I needed a new accessory belt, they phoned me to let me know it needed replacing before fitting in a new one. Really appreciated the communication. My X5 runs really well after the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my e30 BMW here for repair. They looked at it said I had intake air leaks & needed to order parts. I asked for them to show me where the issue was when I first picked up my car and they were rude and unhelpful, I waited 7 weeks only to discover that they hadn't ordered parts and said they couldn't find them. Took it to another mechanic who found and ordered the parts within 5 minutes. As it would turn out though that this wasn't the issue at all which would suggest that they hadn't driven they vehicle as i suggested. I previously had good experiences dealing with this company however what is used to be it is not now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place you should take your car if you own a BMW or Mini. They are specialists on these and offer outstanding service and fair, transparent pricing. They've got the latest diagnostic tech and use quality oils and parts. I drive over an hour each way to Eurocare whether it's servicing or a repair. I'd have my 3 series (pictured) towed to them from Auckland if I had to, that's the level of trust I had after the first visit. Thanks again for getting it serviced & fixed up so quickly for me today.
