★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good these people as they do try hard to get the bits even if it's a pathetically small part. Phone answered every time I've rung unlike other wreckers. Amusingly the owner has a plate called grump but he's not once you get past the initial demeanour. I wouldn't put him in the top 10 customer service winners though.
