★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting a quote and the company telling me they could do the work it took a month of me chasing them with no reply until calling up a higher branch and them telling the tauranga franchisee to provide the quote. The Tauranga franchisee then sent me an email saying they were not going to provide a quote they did not want the work and in fact were unable to do the work. I would 100% steer anyone away from exceed Tga and instead tell them to call TGA GLASS who have been nothing but professional in dealing with the work my home has needed. Work was described as 90% draught stopping, inspect and if able to do the repairs fix 2 split wooden frames and bifold door which has dropped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come back to amend my rating... as though my initial contact with Exceed didn't go great, they very quickly called me to rectify the issue and sent the super lovely Carey to our place to give us a quote. I would give Carey 5 stars, however I have kept one star off due to the initial person that we dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One time I had a great service when I was living in Wylie avenue, Sunnynook. This is 2nd time I used them for the windows in another house. The service man was grumpy and over-charged for waiting time - which actually we were waiting for a phone call from them before turning up. Just fixing for two windows handles, they charged us over $200. Finally resolved all issues but there are some dodge technicians (contractors I assume) who don't even willing to show you the invoice face to face.. but ended up overcharging you on your back. Be careful with those guys.. pretty dodge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great. My wife and I have had several different people out from Exceed over the years to different properties to fit window stays, fix ranch slider locks and help track down leaks.
They have been clean, tidy and on time. A great way to start a job.
The chap last time was even going to put some little blue slippers over his shoes before he came in, lol a bit far for me but great to see them taking the initiative.
I'd thoroughly recommend getting them to quote on your next window or door repair.

The fitting made by Mike was to a very high standard. The place was left clean and tidy and he went over and above to get the job completed. I would definitely use these people again. without hesitation.
