★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what great service at a reasonable price and fast. Took shoes in to have a part at the side stitched back into place as had come loose. Was given 2 day timeline which I was happy with. Was called less than an hour later to say they were ready. Great repair thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably shoddy work, was made to prepay for repair, when expressed total disappointment with the result, they tried to blame the boot materials, utter nonsense, these boots were bought in Austria, had a zip replaced in the other one perfectly. This business ruined this boot! They refused to refund us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prepaid a zip replacement on leather boots. Took longer than advised and photo show end result! An extremely bad job. Zip was not the right size for boot, cut down from larger one. Stitching not even and puckering towards sole. I am VERY angry, my very expensive Ziera boot is ruined. When I questioned him he told me the puckering was to get it over the ankle. RUBBISH! Not a professional shoe repairer at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shoddy work. Please read the reviews before you consider this place!!! I wish I had... I took my boots (which were not cheap) in to get them reheeled and resoled and they came back completely ruined! The structure of the boot was damaged and I had to throw them out as they couldn't even be worn anymore! So disappointing. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
