I ordered flowers and a balloon for mother's day this year and upon learning nothing had arrived on the designated date due to a delivery error, Rosie shown amazing passion and care. Within an hour, beautiful flowers and balloon turned up at my mother's door step and made my mother the happiest mum on earth! Thank you Rosie, for your professionalism, artistic flair and most importantly your customer care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communications (no follow up to a phone message) resulted in a tribute sheaf not arriving in time for a funeral service despite the order having been made two days prior. Poor web interface where the invoice did not confirm either the delivery time or tribute message. Unfortunate because the sheaf itself was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can see why these guys have a 5 star rating. Very helpful staff. Wrapped extra bits into a bouquet for me. Didnt charge extra even when I offered to pay for the wrapping. Had a nice chat while the bouquet was being made up. Also the shop dog joined us for a bit. $35 for the flowers. Next anniversary will be back.

I went in today at lunchtime to get some flowers delivered to my Mum to mark my Nana's 1st anniversary of her passing and they were brilliant. The flowers were absolutely stunning and they were delivered to my Mum so quickly despite them being very busy. (Delivery was only 1hr & 20mins from when I placed my order) - I couldn't be any happier with their service - Particularly on such a sad day for our family. I couldn't recommend Expressions Florist any higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expressions is my go to florist in Nelson! Rosie is so helpful and really listens to what you want, is never pushy, and the way that she creates her arrangements is truly a work of art. I have purchased many flowers from her over the years and they are always so incredibly beautiful and reasonably priced too. I also love her houseplant selection. Having a great chat with Rosie while she arranges them and a cuddle with her cute little doggy is always an added bonus too. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Best service, best flowers, and a super lovely person. Very highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I as very upset that mums flowers did not get delivered on mother's day due to a mistake on their end. However, they made it up to us by making the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and added a few more goodies to the order. Mum was very happy when she got the delivery the next day. I'm sure it was just a one off because their reviews are very positive. I will order from here again because the florist are very talented at what they do and there was good communication.
